Return & Refund Policy for New Diva Styles
At NewDivaStyles, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process smooth and fair.
Returns
Eligibility Window: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: For safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Sale or clearance items (final sale)
Gift cards or digital products
Refunds
Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Refunds: Items returned damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition may qualify for a partial refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@newdivastyles.in with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund.

We will provide you with return instructions and the shipping address.
Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method.
Once received, we will process your refund in line with our policy.
